Stella Damarjati writes poetry and micropoetry including haiku, senryu, and cherita. Her work has been published in Echidna Tracks, Eucalypt, the cherita storybook journals, under the same moon: Fourth Australian Haiku Anthology, Adelaide: Mapping the Human City Anthology, among others. My Home (Ginninderra Press, 2023) is Damarjati’s first poetry collection. She currently lives with her husband in Adelaide, Australia.

of a blackbird’s song

golden hour

the shimmer of a starling’s

iridescent wings
